Nathan Ross Freeman,
Co-Founder and Artistic Director of
Authoring
Action, is the Producer and Editor of the 2010
Feature Documentary, Authoring Action which celebrates the seven year
history of the Institute. All the youth featured in Mr. Bones were
members of the 2005 Mr. Bones Ensemble which partnered in the filming,
and many of them are featured in the documentary. Mr. Freeman was awarded B.E.S.T. Outstanding Faculty as Member of the Intensive Writing at the University of North Carolina Faculty (Screenwriting/Playwriting) and Visiting Writer at Salem College), NC (Upper Level Screenwriting, Beginning Poetry). Also currently Mr. Freeman is member of the NC Humanities Speakers Bureau, Co-Founder and Artistic Director of the Winston-Salem Youth Arts Institute, Screenwriter Member of Book To Film, Founder-Partner in Mr. Bones Films, LLC., Pen Voice Consultants, Partner. Mr. Freeman is the creator and workshop facilitator of Writing Through the Senses: an Intensive Screenplay, Creative, Performance Art, and Spoken Word curriculum.
